Madromit(ma-do-ro-mi) is a somewhat nostalgic display font.
Do you remember computer advertisements in the 80s and 90s? Yes, it is the most excited period in the history of computer.
We call the design in this period Primitive Digital Design.
Madromit is, so to speak, the revival or reconstruction of the primitive digital type in the period.
The structure and elements of this font are very simple and the key features are geometric shape and simple griddy design with rounded corners, oval bowls, and right‐angled joints which we used to see in the primitive period.
In addition to this, Madromit has one more characteristic feature — classic engraving font —. It is called Open Style.
Open style is one of the classic method to decorate and emphasize the font.

Layers are the printing plates of wood type. You should be able to change text color for each layers.

Instruction
1. Type your text as you like.
2. Set font-name "Madromit" and font-style "Standard".
3. Set color of "Standard" layer.
4. Duplicate the "Standard" layer to make "Fill" layer.
5. Set font-style "Half Fill" or "Full Fill" and new color of upper layer.
Madromit Standard, Half Open, and Full Open style can be used solely.

Minigap is a geometric sans serif family that has a minimal height difference between upper and lower case. In other words if you’re into typography, it has a very high x-height... yes, very high.
The choice was made to finally have a typeface that could appear very neat, reducing ascending and descending parts of the glyphs (b, d, g, j, l, ...) that could interfere with the lines above and below. All of that without going to extremes in a unicase style but also without renouncing to a great legibility.
This aesthetic, in fact, translates into a pleasant visual effect that creates well-defined lines and enhances the layout, looking excellent on small screens.
A meticulous optical correction, starting from pure geometric lines, was applied to every glyph, aiming to obtain the best version of each.
The pointed corners of capital letters and numbers have been kept even in the heavier styles, to give consistency to the family. You can clearly see how clean they look.

Francesco Canovaro created Bakemono as a way to explore the design space around the duality of fixed/proportional width. He was also interested in the concept of monowidth design, inherent in monospaced typefaces, that can bring flexibility and ease of use also to proportional type - allowing you to change the weight of a word without losing the text alignment. In his research on fixed width type design he mixed the lessons of mechanical typewriter technology with the intuitions of eastern brush calligraphy, which has been dealing with for centuries with fixed space grids.
The name of the typeface comes from the Japanese shape-shifter yokais that could change their form freely between human and animal, and aptly describes the metamorphic nature of this wide superfamily coming in proportional, monospace and intermediate subfamilies.
